Messages and Tour Buddies: Chat That Comes With Your Tour
· CrowdSpeaker

A tour starts long before the walk does. People wonder where to meet, what to bring, whether they can bring a friend. And it does not end at the last stop either. Someone has a great photo to share, someone else wants to say thanks, and a few people hope to stay in touch.
Until now that all happened somewhere else: texts, group chats you had to build by hand, apps nobody had installed. Now it happens in CrowdSpeaker, because every tour comes with its own messaging.
Your Tour Chat Sets Itself Up
Book or host a tour while signed in and you join its group chat automatically. No invites to send, no links to manage. Open Messages from the menu and your tours are already there, newest first, with a count on anything unread.
The top of the chat shows the important stuff: the tour time, a countdown, the meeting place and a Directions button. If you are a guest, you can tap I'm here or Running late, so nobody is left guessing at the meeting point. Guides can post pinned announcements, like we moved to the side door, and those stay on top where everyone sees them.
Tour Buddies
Some of the best tour memories are the people you met. Add a fellow guest as a Tour Buddy from My Buddies, and once they accept you can message any time. Each buddy shows the tours you took together, so you always remember where you met.
Guides and guests can message each other without being buddies, and you can start a group chat with any mix of people you know.
The Photos Belong to the Chat
Tap the camera in any chat to send up to 10 photos at once. Every chat has a Photos tab that gathers all the pictures sent there, sorted by day, so the whole group can relive the walk. Everyone can view and download the photos, and only the sender can delete their own.
Privacy Comes First
Email addresses and phone numbers are never shown to other members. If you type one yourself, you are asked to confirm before it goes out. Every chat has Leave, Report and Block in the menu, and message limits keep spam out.
Tour chats close to new messages 30 days after the tour, but the photos stay, so the album keeps its place.
Try It Today
Messages and Tour Buddies are live now for everyone with an account. Book a tour, and watch the chat appear. If you are a guide, your next tour already has its group waiting. The Help Center article covers every button.
