CrowdSpeaker Terms of Service
Effective Date: [2026-04-22]
Welcome to CrowdSpeaker.live.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrowdSpeaker.live, its websites, software, features, services, broadcasts, booking functions, payment functionality, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
CrowdSpeaker is operated by CrowdSpeaker ("CrowdSpeaker," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, creating or joining a Broadcast, purchasing an Experience, or otherwise using CrowdSpeaker, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. What CrowdSpeaker Is
CrowdSpeaker is a technology platform that enables one Speaker to transmit live audio to listeners using internet-connected devices.
Depending on the features being used, CrowdSpeaker may also allow Speakers to create, promote, schedule, sell, and manage tours, presentations, events, activities, and other experiences.
Listeners may access a Broadcast through methods including a link, QR code, or access code without requiring specialized audio equipment.
CrowdSpeaker provides the technology used to connect Speakers and listeners. Except where CrowdSpeaker expressly states otherwise, CrowdSpeaker does not itself provide or operate Experiences offered by independent Speakers.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
"Broadcast" means a live or recorded audio session made available through CrowdSpeaker.
"Speaker" means a person or organization that creates, hosts, manages, or transmits a Broadcast or offers an Experience through CrowdSpeaker.
"Listener" means a person who accesses or participates in a Broadcast.
"Experience" means a tour, presentation, activity, event, training session, excursion, demonstration, or other service offered by a Speaker that may use CrowdSpeaker.
"Customer" means a person who purchases or books a paid Experience.
"Listing" means information published through CrowdSpeaker describing an Experience.
"Content" means text, audio, images, graphics, descriptions, messages, recordings, logos, photographs, and other materials uploaded, transmitted, created, or shared through the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or make purchases through CrowdSpeaker.
Users under 18 may use CrowdSpeaker only where permitted by applicable law and under the supervision and responsibility of a parent, guardian, school, organization, or other responsible adult.
A person accepting these Terms on behalf of a business, school, government agency, nonprofit organization, or other entity represents that the person has authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate and current account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; activity conducted through your account; keeping account and payment information current; and promptly notifying CrowdSpeaker if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not impersonate another person or organization or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.
CrowdSpeaker may require identity, business, payment, or other verification where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, prevent fraud, comply with law, or enable payment processing.
5. CrowdSpeaker's Role
CrowdSpeaker is a technology platform.
Unless CrowdSpeaker expressly identifies itself as the provider of a particular Experience, Experiences listed through CrowdSpeaker are offered and provided by independent Speakers.
When a Customer purchases an Experience offered by a Speaker, the Speaker is responsible for providing that Experience.
CrowdSpeaker may facilitate discovery of Experiences, scheduling, reservations, communications, live audio transmission, ticketing, payment processing, refunds, ratings or other marketplace functionality, and other supporting technology.
Providing these services does not make CrowdSpeaker the operator, employer, partner, joint venturer, representative, or agent of a Speaker.
Speakers do not have authority to make promises, representations, or commitments on behalf of CrowdSpeaker.
6. Broadcasts
A Speaker may create a Broadcast and allow other users to join using available access methods.
The Speaker is responsible for the Broadcast and its Content.
CrowdSpeaker does not guarantee that a Broadcast will remain uninterrupted or that every Listener will receive identical audio quality or latency.
Audio transmission can be affected by internet connectivity, Wi-Fi or cellular networks, device hardware, browser behavior, operating-system limitations, headphones or speakers, network congestion, third-party infrastructure, and physical distance or environmental conditions.
Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and connections are suitable for the Service.
7. Public and Private Broadcasts
Speakers are responsible for selecting appropriate privacy and access settings.
A Broadcast accessible using a publicly distributed link, QR code, or access code should not be treated as confidential unless the Speaker has implemented additional appropriate access controls.
Users should not transmit confidential, proprietary, personal, or sensitive information through a Broadcast unless they are authorized to do so and have determined that the selected access controls are appropriate.
8. Recordings
CrowdSpeaker may provide features that allow certain Broadcasts to be recorded or stored.
The availability of recording functionality does not mean every Broadcast is recorded.
A Speaker choosing to record a Broadcast is responsible for complying with applicable recording, privacy, notice, and consent laws.
Speakers must obtain any legally required permissions from individuals whose voices, statements, performances, or other protected material may be recorded or distributed.
Listeners may not record, reproduce, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit a Broadcast unless they have permission from the Speaker and any other required rights holders or applicable law permits the activity.
9. Experiences and Bookings
Speakers may offer Experiences through CrowdSpeaker where such functionality is available.
A booking is not confirmed merely because a Customer begins checkout.
A booking becomes confirmed when the applicable payment or booking process is successfully completed and a confirmation is issued.
The Listing applicable at the time of purchase should identify important information including, where applicable, date and time, meeting location, duration, price, capacity, restrictions, accessibility information, cancellation policy, and mandatory additional charges.
The Speaker is responsible for keeping this information accurate.
10. Relationship Between Customers and Speakers
When a Customer books an Experience offered by an independent Speaker, the Experience itself is provided by the Speaker and not by CrowdSpeaker.
The Speaker is responsible for performing the Experience substantially as described in the Listing.
Any terms or instructions identified by the Speaker and presented to the Customer before purchase may also apply, provided they do not conflict with these Terms, CrowdSpeaker policies, or applicable law.
CrowdSpeaker remains responsible for obligations expressly undertaken by CrowdSpeaker under these Terms.
11. Payments
CrowdSpeaker may use Stripe or other third-party payment processors to process payments.
By using payment functionality, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.
Payment processing may also be subject to the payment processor's terms and privacy policies.
CrowdSpeaker does not store complete payment-card credentials where payment processing is handled directly by the payment provider.
12. CrowdSpeaker Platform Fees
For paid Experiences, CrowdSpeaker may charge a platform fee.
Unless otherwise disclosed before a transaction, CrowdSpeaker's current platform fee for paid Experience transactions is 5%.
Stripe or another payment processor may separately charge payment-processing or related fees.
Applicable fees will be disclosed to Speakers through the Service or applicable Speaker documentation.
CrowdSpeaker may change its fees prospectively. Material fee changes will not retroactively alter the financial terms of a completed booking.
13. Speaker Payouts
Where CrowdSpeaker provides Speaker payout functionality, payments are processed through CrowdSpeaker's applicable payment provider.
For a paid Experience, Speaker proceeds become eligible for release no earlier than 26 hours after the scheduled end time of the Experience, provided no applicable hold remains pending.
Eligibility for release does not guarantee that a transfer will be initiated or received at exactly that time. Transfers or payouts may be delayed because of an open refund request, payment processing time, banking networks, weekends or holidays, identity verification, fraud review, disputes or chargebacks, refunds, reserves, regulatory requirements, payment-provider requirements, or other circumstances permitted by these Terms, the Speaker Terms, or applicable law.
CrowdSpeaker may withhold, delay, recover, reverse, or offset amounts when permitted by the applicable agreements, payment-provider rules, or law, including amounts associated with refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, or payment disputes.
CrowdSpeaker does not guarantee settlement times controlled by Stripe, financial institutions, card networks, or other third parties.
14. Subscriptions
CrowdSpeaker may offer free and paid subscription plans.
The price, features, limits, and billing frequency for each plan will be presented before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled.
Users may cancel a subscription using the cancellation functionality provided through CrowdSpeaker.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and partial billing periods are not prorated.
CrowdSpeaker may change subscription pricing or features prospectively. When required, CrowdSpeaker will provide notice before a pricing change applies to an existing paid subscription.
15. Cancellations, Refunds, and Booking Disputes
Bookings are subject to the CrowdSpeaker Cancellation and Refund Policy and any applicable cancellation terms displayed before purchase.
The cancellation policy and material booking terms presented at the time of purchase apply to that booking. Later changes to a Listing or cancellation policy do not retroactively reduce rights that applied when the booking was purchased.
A cancellation option described as non-refundable applies to voluntary Customer cancellations and does not eliminate separate remedies that may apply under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, these Terms, or applicable law.
If a Speaker cancels a paid Experience, affected Customers are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the canceled Experience.
CrowdSpeaker may also issue a full or partial refund or credit when reasonably appropriate under the Cancellation and Refund Policy for circumstances including Speaker non-performance, duplicate transactions, fraudulent Listings, a material difference between the Listing and the Experience provided, undisclosed mandatory fees, or a qualifying CrowdSpeaker platform failure.
CrowdSpeaker is not obligated to issue a refund merely because a Customer did not enjoy an Experience when the Experience was provided substantially as described.
For supported transaction problems, Customers may use CrowdSpeaker's in-app resolution process for up to 24 hours after the scheduled end time of the Experience. CrowdSpeaker may provide an internal resolution process through which the Customer and Speaker can exchange proposed resolutions. If the parties do not resolve the transaction after the available Customer-Speaker resolution steps, the Customer may request CrowdSpeaker review. Additional procedures and exceptions are described in the CrowdSpeaker Cancellation and Refund Policy.
CrowdSpeaker's review is limited to determining the remedy, if any, that CrowdSpeaker will administer through its platform, such as a full refund, partial refund, credit, or no refund. CrowdSpeaker does not adjudicate legal liability between a Customer and Speaker or determine claims for personal injury, property damage, negligence, criminal conduct, or other damages arising from the physical Experience.
A determination by CrowdSpeaker is final for CrowdSpeaker's internal refund process, subject to applicable law and any external payment-card or financial-institution rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. No-Shows, Check-In, and Attendance
If a Customer fails to arrive, join, or participate at the required time, failure to attend does not create a separate right to a refund. Any refund will be determined by the applicable cancellation policy and the CrowdSpeaker Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Unless different timing was clearly disclosed for a particular Experience, a Speaker may be considered a no-show if the Speaker has not begun the Experience within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and has not communicated a reasonable delay to affected Customers. If a Speaker fails to appear for or provide a confirmed paid Experience, affected Customers will ordinarily receive a refund.
CrowdSpeaker may provide electronic check-in tools. When available, Customer check-in may open approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time and close at the scheduled end of the Experience. CrowdSpeaker may send check-in reminders or secure check-in links, and Speakers may be able to confirm attendance through the Service.
Check-in information may be considered in resolving a booking dispute, but electronic check-in, failure to check in, or Speaker confirmation is not necessarily conclusive proof that a Customer did or did not attend or participate.
17. Pricing Transparency
Speakers must accurately disclose prices and mandatory charges.
A Speaker may not advertise an Experience at one price and then require a Customer to pay an undisclosed mandatory charge as a condition of participating.
Optional purchases and clearly disclosed third-party expenses may be charged separately.
Taxes and government-imposed charges may be handled separately where permitted or required by law.
18. Taxes
Users are responsible for determining their own tax obligations arising from their use of CrowdSpeaker.
Speakers are responsible for taxes associated with income earned through the Service except where CrowdSpeaker or a payment provider is legally required to calculate, collect, withhold, report, or remit particular taxes.
CrowdSpeaker may collect tax information or make reports to governmental authorities where required by law.
19. Speaker Responsibilities
Speakers must provide truthful and accurate Listings; honor confirmed bookings; provide Experiences substantially as advertised; provide accurate meeting locations and instructions; comply with applicable laws and regulations; maintain required permits, registrations, licenses, and insurance; respect Customers and Listeners; maintain appropriate safety practices; avoid misleading or deceptive representations; disclose mandatory charges; use Content they have the legal right to use; and comply with the CrowdSpeaker Speaker Terms.
20. Listener and Customer Responsibilities
Listeners and Customers must comply with applicable law; follow reasonable safety instructions; behave respectfully; avoid intentionally disrupting Broadcasts or Experiences; avoid harassment or threats; refrain from unauthorized access to accounts or systems; respect intellectual-property and privacy rights; and comply with reasonable rules disclosed for an Experience.
21. Safety and Physical Experience Responsibility
CrowdSpeaker provides communications, booking, and marketplace technology and does not supervise or control the physical environment, route, venue, participants, transportation, equipment, or conduct of independent Experiences.
Experiences may involve risks associated with activities such as walking, cycling, roadways and traffic, weather, crowds, stairs, industrial facilities, public spaces, transportation, physical activity, equipment, or other conditions associated with a particular Experience.
Speakers are responsible for evaluating and managing risks associated with the Experiences they offer and for complying with applicable safety-related laws, permits, rules, and requirements.
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether an Experience is appropriate for them, exercising reasonable care, and following reasonable safety instructions.
CrowdSpeaker's booking and refund processes are not emergency services and do not determine fault or legal responsibility for personal injury, property damage, negligence, criminal conduct, or other physical safety incidents. A person facing an immediate danger should leave the situation when reasonably possible and contact appropriate emergency services or authorities.
CrowdSpeaker may take account or platform-enforcement action when reasonably necessary under these Terms. Such action does not mean CrowdSpeaker has assumed responsibility for supervising the physical Experience or adjudicating liability between participants.
Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. Licenses, Permits, and Insurance
Speakers are responsible for determining whether their activities require licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, insurance, waivers, or other authorization.
CrowdSpeaker may require evidence of insurance, licensing, permits, or other qualifications for particular categories of Experiences or Speakers.
CrowdSpeaker may suspend or remove a Listing if requested documentation is not provided or appears inadequate.
Approval of documentation by CrowdSpeaker does not constitute a guarantee that the Speaker satisfies every legal requirement.
23. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of Content you create and submit to CrowdSpeaker.
By submitting Content to the Service, you grant CrowdSpeaker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, format, and distribute that Content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service; provide the functionality you request; display your Listings; facilitate sharing; create CrowdSpeaker-generated promotional or shareable graphics related to your Listing; promote publicly listed Experiences or Broadcasts; and protect and operate CrowdSpeaker.
This license does not transfer ownership of your Content to CrowdSpeaker.
The license ends when the Content is deleted or your account is closed, except to the extent continued retention is reasonably necessary for completed transactions, backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legitimate operational requirements.
24. Intellectual Property
CrowdSpeaker and its licensors retain all rights in the CrowdSpeaker platform, software, designs, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and other proprietary materials that CrowdSpeaker provides.
CrowdSpeaker also retains all rights in the content CrowdSpeaker itself creates and publishes, including website text, blog articles, help articles, marketing copy, graphics, photographs, illustrations, page layouts, and the overall look and feel of the Service. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of CrowdSpeaker intellectual property.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, resell, or exploit CrowdSpeaker's software or proprietary materials except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by CrowdSpeaker.
Without CrowdSpeaker's prior written permission, you may not copy, republish, redistribute, or create derivative works from CrowdSpeaker's website text, articles, graphics, or design, whether manually or by scraping, crawling, or automated tools, except where applicable law guarantees a right to do so. Brief quotations with clear attribution and a link to CrowdSpeaker.live are permitted.
CrowdSpeaker may pursue available remedies for unauthorized copying, including notices and takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or similar laws.
25. Copyright Complaints
CrowdSpeaker respects intellectual-property rights.
If you believe Content available through CrowdSpeaker infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact Hello@CrowdSpeaker.live.
Your notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and sufficient information for CrowdSpeaker to evaluate the complaint.
CrowdSpeaker may remove or restrict disputed Content while investigating a complaint.
26. Prohibited Uses
You may not use CrowdSpeaker to violate applicable law; promote or facilitate unlawful activity; threaten, harass, stalk, or intimidate others; impersonate another person or organization; commit fraud; distribute spam; infringe intellectual-property rights; invade another person's privacy; distribute malware or malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks; interfere with the operation of CrowdSpeaker; circumvent security or usage limitations; manipulate payment, booking, review, or marketplace systems; create deceptive Listings; collect personal information unlawfully; transmit Content you do not have the right to transmit; or use the Service in a manner that creates unreasonable risk to CrowdSpeaker, its users, or third parties.
27. Enforcement
CrowdSpeaker may investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
CrowdSpeaker may take reasonable action including warning a user; removing Content; removing Listings; limiting features; canceling or refunding affected bookings; withholding or delaying transfers where permitted; suspending an account; terminating an account; or reporting suspected unlawful conduct when legally required or reasonably necessary.
CrowdSpeaker is not obligated to monitor every Broadcast, Listing, message, or Experience.
28. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using CrowdSpeaker at any time.
CrowdSpeaker may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; unlawful conduct; safety concerns; excessive payment disputes; nonpayment; abuse of the Service; security threats; payment-provider requirements; or legal or regulatory obligations.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations arising from transactions completed before termination.
Speakers remain responsible for outstanding refunds, disputes, fees, and confirmed bookings unless CrowdSpeaker determines otherwise.
29. Third-Party Services
CrowdSpeaker depends on third-party infrastructure and services that may include payment processors, cloud providers, internet services, telecommunications systems, mapping providers, authentication providers, and other technology vendors.
CrowdSpeaker does not control every aspect of these third-party systems.
Third-party services may become unavailable, experience outages, change functionality, or impose additional requirements.
Your use of some third-party functionality may be governed by separate third-party terms.
30. Service Availability
CrowdSpeaker will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability; a particular latency; perfect audio quality; compatibility with every device; uninterrupted payment processing; that every Broadcast will reach every Listener; or that the Service will always be free from errors.
CrowdSpeaker may modify, maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
31. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
CrowdSpeaker is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, emergencies, war or civil disturbance, labor disruptions, governmental action, internet outages, telecommunications failures, cloud-service outages, power failures, widespread cybersecurity incidents, or similar events beyond CrowdSpeaker's reasonable control.
This section does not eliminate obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
32. Privacy
CrowdSpeaker's collection and use of personal information is described in the CrowdSpeaker Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that CrowdSpeaker will process information as described in that policy and as necessary to operate the Service.
33. Communications
CrowdSpeaker may send transactional communications reasonably necessary to operate your account, including booking confirmations, payment notices, cancellation notices, security alerts, account notices, legal notices, and service-related communications.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available communication preferences.
34. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
CROWDSPEAKER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE ARISE BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
CROWDSPEAKER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE; AUDIO TRANSMISSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED; EVERY EXPERIENCE WILL MEET A CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS; INFORMATION PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT SPEAKERS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE; OR EVERY USER WILL COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
35. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CROWDSPEAKER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROWDSPEAKER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (1) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO CROWDSPEAKER DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (2) $100.
THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE INTENDED TO ALLOCATE RISK BETWEEN CROWDSPEAKER AND ITS USERS AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT.
36. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Speakers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrowdSpeaker and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or relating to an Experience provided by the Speaker; the Speaker's Content; bodily injury or property damage associated with the Speaker's Experience; the Speaker's violation of law; the Speaker's violation of these Terms; infringement of another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights; undisclosed fees or misleading Listings; or the Speaker's taxes, licensing, insurance, employment, or regulatory obligations.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim resulted from CrowdSpeaker's own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be shifted to another party.
37. Changes to the Service
CrowdSpeaker may modify the Service over time.
Features, limits, subscription plans, supported technologies, and other functionality may change as CrowdSpeaker develops the platform.
CrowdSpeaker will provide notice when required by law or when a change materially affects an existing paid commitment.
38. Changes to These Terms
CrowdSpeaker may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.
For material changes, CrowdSpeaker may provide additional notice through the Service, email, or another reasonable method.
Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms apply prospectively from their effective date.
Continued use of CrowdSpeaker after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
39. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
This section does not prevent a consumer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived under the law applicable to that consumer.
40. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
41. No Waiver
CrowdSpeaker's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
42. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CrowdSpeaker's consent.
CrowdSpeaker may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
43. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Speaker Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and CrowdSpeaker regarding the Service.
If additional terms apply to a particular feature, those additional terms control with respect to that feature if there is a conflict.
