Open Messages from the menu. Chats are listed newest first, and unread ones show a count. You need to be signed in to chat.

Tour chats set themselves up

When you book or host a tour while signed in, you join its group chat automatically. The top of the chat shows the tour time, a countdown, the meeting place and a Directions button. Guests can tap I'm here or Running late. Guides can post pinned announcements, like a change of meeting spot. Tour chats close to new messages 30 days after the tour, but the photos stay.

Tour Buddies

Go to My Buddies and choose Add Tour Buddy to see people you shared a tour with. Once they accept, tap Message to start a private chat. Each buddy shows the tours you took together. Guides and their guests can message each other without being buddies.

Group chats

In My Buddies, choose New group, pick people and start the chat.

Photos

Tap the camera in any chat to send up to 10 photos at once. Every chat has a Photos tab that gathers all the pictures sent there, sorted by day. Everyone in the chat can view and download them. Only the person who sent a photo can delete it.

Privacy and safety

Email addresses and phone numbers are never shown. If you type one, you're asked to confirm before sending. Use the menu in a chat to Leave, Report or Block someone. Message limits keep spam out.
