Meet Your CrowdSpeaker Assistant
· CrowdSpeaker

Running tours means juggling a lot of small questions. What’s on my schedule this week? Where am I with Stripe? How much did I earn this month?
Now there’s someone inside CrowdSpeaker who can answer all of that: your assistant.
Ask Anything, in Plain Words
Tap the assistant button and type a question, just like texting a friend. It knows your account, so answers are about your tours, your earnings, and your setup, not generic advice.
Ask “What’s on deck this week?” and it lists your upcoming tours with times, places, prices, and how many spots are left. Ask “How much did I earn this month?” and it checks your actual numbers.
It Can Schedule Tours For You
Tell it what you want: “Schedule my downtown walk for Saturday at 2.” It gathers any missing details, reads the tour back to you, and only saves once you say yes. Nothing changes in your account without your confirmation.
It works with your Tour Bank too, so reusing a saved tour on a new date takes one sentence.
It Knows the Help Center (and This Blog)
Questions about fees, refunds, payouts, or how something works? The assistant searches the same help articles and blog posts you can read, and links you straight to the page it used. Stripe setup questions get calm, step-by-step guidance, including where your banking details actually go.
It Opens Pages When You Ask
Say “open my earnings” and it takes you there. The chat folds away so you can see the page, and when you come back, your conversation is right where you left it. Your chat is saved to your account, so it’s there on your phone and your computer.
Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down
Every answer has a thumbs up and thumbs down. If an answer misses the mark, tap the thumb down and tell us why. That feedback goes straight to us so the assistant keeps getting better.
Prefer Your Own AI?
If you already use ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, you can connect them to your CrowdSpeaker account and ask them the same questions. They use the same abilities as the built-in assistant, so the answers match. See Connect your own AI in the Help Center.
The assistant is free to use by text. Open it from the floating button and ask it what’s on deck.
