Your Assistant Is Now Your Tour Marketing Advisor
· CrowdSpeaker

Most guides are great at giving tours and short on time for marketing. You know your tour is worth it. The hard part is getting the right people to see that before they book something else.
So the CrowdSpeaker assistant picked up a new job. It is now a marketing advisor that knows your tours.
Check My Listing
When you schedule or edit a tour, tap Check my listing. It looks at your name, description, meeting place and picture, and gives up to three tips in plain words. A name like "2-Hour Walking Tour" says how long, not why anyone should come, so you can tap Suggest a name for one that sells the experience and mentions your city. Write it for me drafts a description guests can picture. Nothing changes until you press Save.
Three Buttons, Three Next Steps
Open the assistant and tap Improve my tour listing, Help me get more bookings or Find marketing opportunities. It checks your real upcoming tours, tickets sold and reviews, asks a quick question or two, and answers with up to three actions. Each one says why it might help and how you can tell whether it worked.
Drafts You Can Send Today
Ask for an intro email to a hotel concierge, a social post for this weekend's tour, a note to past guests about new dates, FAQs or ad headlines. The assistant writes, you review and send. It points you to tools you already have, like your public tour page, QR code, reviews, Messages and the Partner program.
Honest by Design
The advisor never changes your tours on its own, never invents reviews, numbers or fake deadlines, and never promises rankings or sales. When an idea needs an outside service, like a Google Business Profile or paid ads, it says so plainly.
Try It
It is live for every guide with an account, and it works in connected ChatGPT or Claude too. The Help Center article has the details.
