Level Up My Listing
At the top of your tour's page, tap Level Up My Listing. The assistant reviews your name, description, meeting place and picture, then improves the weak parts right on the page and tells you what it changed. The sparkle buttons next to the name and description also suggest new wording. Nothing changes until you press Save.
Your dashboard may also show one tip about your next tour, like a missing meeting place or picture. Tap the X to hide it.
Ask the assistant
Open the assistant and tap Improve my tour listing, Help me get more bookings or Find marketing opportunities. It uses your real tours, tickets sold and reviews, asks a couple of quick questions, then gives up to three next steps, each with how to tell if it worked.
It can draft social posts, hotel or concierge intro emails, follow-up messages to past guests, FAQs and ad headlines. You copy and send them yourself.
What makes a listing book
- Sell the experience, not the length: what guests will see, learn, taste or feel.
- Put your city or neighborhood and tour type in the name and description so people searching can find you.
- Say exactly where to meet, and add a picture.
- Set a clear cancellation policy so guests book with confidence.
Ways to reach more guests
- Share your public tour page link and QR code (Share button on the tour).
- Ask happy guests for a review, and message past guests about new dates.
- Team up with hotels, concierges and local businesses. The Partner program pays referrers 2% of sales.
- Outside CrowdSpeaker: a Google Business Profile, local creators and travel groups.
What the advisor won't do
It never changes your tours or prices on its own, never invents reviews, numbers or deadlines, and never promises rankings or sales. CrowdSpeaker does not run ads, sync with booking marketplaces or send bulk email for you.
