    Scheduling and the Tour Bank

    Create, edit and reuse tours.

    Create a tour

Go to Schedule and tap an empty day or New tour. A blank tour page opens. Tap Bring My Tour to Life and describe your idea in a sentence or two ("Sunset food walk in North Beach, Friday at 6, about two hours"). The assistant looks up the meeting place on Google, writes a name and description, and fills the page as you chat. You can also type straight onto the page or tap any part (picture, When, Meet at, Tickets) to change it. Drag the bar between the chat and the page to give either more room. Start times use 15-minute steps.

    Edit a tour

There is no Edit button: your tour's own page is the editor. Open the tour from the schedule and tap anything to change it. A Save button appears in the corner once something changes, with Discard beside it. If you leave with unsaved changes, you are asked to save or discard. Booked guests can be emailed when the start time changes. View as guest shows exactly what visitors see.

    Time zones

Tour times always use the time zone of the meeting place, labeled on the page (for example "6:00 PM PDT"), so guests and guides see the same local time wherever they are. Before a place is chosen, your device's time zone is used.

    Tour Bank

Save any tour to the Tour Bank to reuse it. Saving a tour with the same title again updates the saved copy. Pick a saved tour when creating a new one and only choose the date and time.

    Selling window

Paid tickets go on sale up to 90 days before the tour.

    Calendar colors

The calendar shows a blue dot on days you are hosting a tour and a green dot on days you have booked a spot as a guest. Tap a day to see both lists. Booked tours appear under "You're going" with a link to your booking.

    Preview your public page

On your tour's page, tap View as guest at the top to see exactly what visitors see, including changes you haven't saved yet.

    Tour type

Pick the closest type, such as Walking tour, Food / market, Adventure / activity or Workshop / class. If none fits, choose Other and type your own label (up to 40 characters), like "Go-kart experience". Guests see your label on the tour page.

    Get paid through Stripe

Until payouts are connected, Schedule and the new tour page show a Make Paying you Easy!! box with Get Booked, Get Paid to connect Stripe and Learn more to open the Payouts and Stripe guide.
