    Guest questions and FAQs

    Answer guest questions and publish safe FAQs.

    Guests can ask questions from the tour page. You reply by email from your tour's page. When you publish an answer as an FAQ, AI first removes personal details and you approve the final wording. FAQs appear at the bottom of public tour pages but not on invite-only tours.
