Search for a guide
On Find tours, use "Find a guide" to search by name or handle and open their profile and upcoming tours.
On tour day
Your booking page and the tour page show a "Find my guide" button from 2 hours before the start. It shows the meeting point on a map with directions. Live guide location isn't available yet, so look for your guide at the meeting point, or reply to your booking email if you can't find them.
Set an exact meeting spot as a guide
In Where do guests meet?, choose a place, then tap Adjust meeting pin. Slide the map beneath the pin and tap Confirm meeting spot. Your chosen place name, street address, and tour picture stay unchanged. Tap the tour's Save button to publish the refined spot. Tour-page map and walking-direction links use this exact pin.
The meeting map starts in Hybrid view. Your selection in Map layers is remembered on the same device. If the map cannot load, you can still enter the meeting place and address manually.
